EPOS ERIC @ 1st Italian ERIC Forum on ERICs’ regulations and operational issues in Trieste, @CERIC-ERIC headquarters, 27 June 2019

It will bring together existing ERICs and ERICs in preparation with seats in Italy such as EPOS ERIC. The main objective is to develop policies and methodologies for advanced operational aspects of ERICs through a set of activities.

EPOS PDB-Task Force meeting in Rome @INGV, 19 June 2019

During this meeting the PDB Task Force team, following the plan agreed within the PDB, oversaw and discussed the TCS-ICS Interactions and future plans.

EPOS-ITALIA Joint Research Unit meeting @CNR in Rome, 17 June 2019

The JRU members from several public research organizations CNR, OGS, ISPRA, from CINECA, the Eucentre Foundation and some universities, Napoli Federico II, Roma Tre, Genova and Trieste are attending the meeting.

INGV calls for two Technologist positions in High Performance Computing (HPC) in the framework of ChEESE project closed

 

The INGV (the Italian National Institute for Geophysics and Volcanology) jas just closed two calls for two Technologist positions (the technological equivalent of a Researcher) in High Performance Computing (HPC) in the framework of the H2020 ChEESE project (http://www.cheese-coe.eu), the recently funded Center of Excellence in Exascale for Solid Earth.
