EPOS is taking part to the 113th OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium) Technical Committee meeting that will be organised in Toulouse (France) from 18th to 21st November 2019.
An amazing week with a broad range of meetings and topics will be discussed.
During this event, in the morning on Tuesday 19th November, the GeoScience Domain Working Group (DWG) will organise its meeting.
This collaborative working group was set up jointly by OGC and CGI-IUGS to organise and promote efforts towards the international standardisation of geoscientific data.
Its first tasks focused on describing boreholes, 3D geological models, geotechnical data and links with BIM (Building Information Modelling).
These tasks continue the activities undertaken under EPOS RI.
EPOS TCSs and ICS teams are invited to present the work done until now.
